Privacy in this practice workshop

Mavie operates this invited demonstration. Amsterdam, Berlin and London are fictional circles. Use a practice name and do not enter counselling stories, training evidence or conduct allegations.

The sign-in service holds your email, sign-in records, practice memberships and sharing choices. Its mail provider processes your address to deliver codes. Each website receives only the name, site-specific identifier, public identity information and current records you choose to share. Websites keep local profiles and any event RSVP you add. They do not receive your sign-in email.

The workshop inspector combines these separate stores to explain the exercise. Only you see your full journey by default. You may opt into showing your practice journey to the group, and stop future sharing of that view at any time. Ana can manage your practice membership either way. Normal organiser screens include email addresses and are separate from the shared panel. The service operator can associate records and holds the signing keys.

Participant accounts and practice records are cleared seven days after joining, or earlier when Ana ends the workshop. Unfinished accounts clear after seven days too. This removes their records from these practice stores, not from provider logs or server backups, which have separate retention. Ending a website connection alone does not erase its earlier profile or RSVP.

For help or removal, contact Ana through the channel in which you received the invitation. Taking part does not approve real community membership or establish a qualification. The workshop is separate from the live Unanym account service.
